The official Brandywine governing documents and amendments are on file with Lee County. In 2023 the governing documents were combined into one document named Brandywine 2023 3rd Amended and Restates Docspdf.pdf which includes the Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations.
The files included herein have been separated from the 2023 document into single documents for ease of access and understanding. Amendments to the documents are included in these reproductions. These reproductions intend to contain the same information as in the legal filings but are not the actual legal documents.
