The community is situated on 81 acres with 97 buildings and provides a mixture of residence types for 351 owners including 64 Quad homes; 22 Duplex homes; one triplex home; 6 two-story apartment homes with 8 units per building; and 4 common buildings. The apartment homes have carports and all other homes have 2 car garages.
Brandywine does not allow pets except for fish and canary sized birds. Visitors’ pets are also not allowed on the property.
The everyday details
The condominium association provides property and flood insurance and maintenance for the common areas of the community. Trash pickup and recycling are also provided along with 100% fiber optic television and high-speed internet service for every unit.
